Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Site Prep: Prepare construction sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris as required by the project plan.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior construction experience is required; we teach you the ropes.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, standing, and walking on uneven terrain.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for project timelines.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations.
