Responsibilities
- Assist Craftsmen: Support skilled tradespeople with daily on-site tasks including framing, drywalling, and painting.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Site Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- General Labor: Perform a variety of manual labor duties as directed by the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely under supervision.
- Measurements: Assist in measuring and cutting materials to ensure precise project specifications.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for motivated individuals willing to learn the trade.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Tools: Basic hand tools are a plus, but not required.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
