Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Transport materials to and from the job site using hand trucks, forklifts, or dollies.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from project managers and foremen.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, spreading, and leveling.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Willingness to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating quantities.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level labor.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
