Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and earthmoving tasks following engineering blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and concrete pumps with safety-first protocols
- Construct, repair, and maintain structures using concrete, steel, and composite materials
- Install plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems under supervisor guidance
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in commercial/residential construction
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Proficient with hand/power tools and construction equipment operation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and overtime
