Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, cleanup, and organization.
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials safely.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and project instructions.
- Perform basic carpentry, concrete, or general labor tasks as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work outdoors and at heights when necessary.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background check and drug screen required.
