Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including excavation, framing, and finishing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and hazards.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure workplace.
- Perform basic site preparation and cleanup duties.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
