Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under the direct supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job site conditions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic math skills are preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to the job site is required.
