Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall, and general cleanup.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under direct supervision.
- Transport tools and materials between job sites and storage areas.
- Perform general site preparation and site cleanup.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We are looking for motivated individuals willing to learn.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Valid government-issued ID or driver's license preferred.
