Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) with certification
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Valid California driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Heavy equipment operation certification
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Background check & drug screen clearance
