Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction activities.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Unload and stock construction materials as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and company guidelines strictly.
- Transport debris and waste from the work area to designated disposal sites.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
- Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly and work in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or government-issued ID.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
