Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding under supervision.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute building materials to the correct locations on the job site.
- Equipment Support: Operate and maintain basic construction equipment such as forklifts, jackhammers, and power washers.
- Quality Control: Help ensure that work meets quality standards by performing basic measurements and inspections.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Strong desire to learn and work well within a team structure.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: Must be willing to work in varying weather conditions and flexible shifts.
