Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, power saws)
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them to designated work areas
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow verbal instructions and safety protocols provided by supervisors
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily project goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
