Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks and daily operations.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely.
- Perform site cleanup, excavation, and preparation work.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
