Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and concrete work.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and store them properly.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, sweeping, and trash disposal.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under direct supervision.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
