Responsibilities
- Assist site supervisors and foremen with daily operations and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to support the crew.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as needed for project completion.
- Follow safety protocols and instructions strictly at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended shifts, including lifting and standing.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Basic English comprehension for safety instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
