Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and following strict safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans to understand project scope.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and estimating material quantities.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus (but not required).
