Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, shovels, wheelbarrows)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company standards
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for material measurement
