Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools for use on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Clear work areas, dig trenches, and set forms as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Perform basic measurements and material mixing (concrete, mortar) as required.
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
