Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including excavation, material handling, and site preparation.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and projects.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently.
- Unload, organize, and distribute construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and a team player.
