Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Support Trades: Provide support to carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed during project phases.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Physical Labor: Perform heavy lifting, digging, and other physical tasks required for project execution.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attitude: Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
