Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials (lumber, bricks, concrete) at job sites.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under the supervision of foremen.
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, grading, and digging.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe and organized worksite.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Transport tools and supplies between job locations as directed.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We welcome first-time applicants with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami worksite.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
