Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, drywalling, and painting.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Measure and cut materials accurately according to blueprints and instructions.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always mandatory.
