Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Perform site cleanup, including removal of debris and waste.
- Follow blueprints, safety guidelines, and project instructions.
- Transport materials between the job site and storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
