Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, building, and cleanup tasks.
- Load, unload, and accurately stack construction materials such as lumber, bricks, and drywall.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and site protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Transport materials to and from the job site using hand trucks, dollies, or forklifts.
- Perform general labor duties including digging, filling, and leveling grounds.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred but not strictly required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
