Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by digging, trenching, and leveling the ground as directed.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or heavy machinery.
- Assembly: Help assemble and disassemble temporary structures, scaffolding, and forms for concrete pouring.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris, trash, and waste regularly.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision to support skilled tradespeople.
- Quality Control: Assist in checking work for quality and accuracy, reporting any issues to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior construction experience who are willing to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
