Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate basic power tools and hand equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a clutter-free and safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Transport materials using company vehicles or heavy machinery.
- Perform site maintenance and minor repairs as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work full-time hours (40 hours per week) with potential overtime.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices and PPE requirements.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating quantities.
