Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywalling, and masonry.
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment with precision and care.
- Operate basic machinery and power tools under strict supervision.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the job site to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation.
- Transport materials between storage and work areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Team-oriented attitude and a proactive approach to work.
