Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation.
- Perform minor cleaning duties and equipment maintenance as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols and procedures.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen (if applicable).
- Valid ID or work authorization in the United States.
