Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and organize them on-site.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, cleaning, and leveling.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Handle site debris removal and waste disposal efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- No prior construction experience is required; we teach you everything you need to know.
