Responsibilities
- Learn and Assist: Under the guidance of a Journeyman Electrician, assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Material Handling: Transport, organize, and manage electrical materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Site Preparation: Help prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and temporary power.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Learn to use multimeters and other diagnostic tools to identify circuit issues.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Driver's License: Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to showing up for shifts on time.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
