Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by cleaning areas, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools safely under the supervision of senior crew members.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks to ensure project efficiency.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and debris removal.
- Physical Tasks: Perform manual labor including lifting, carrying, standing, and bending for extended periods.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero experience who are willing to learn and work hard.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions and environments.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
