- Tool Operation: Use basic hand and power tools under strict supervision.
- Site Cleanup: Demolish structures, remove debris, and prepare sites for construction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to gain hands-on construction experience.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Orlando job site.
