Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Support Trade: Assist carpenters, electricians, and masons with various tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level Open: No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to work full-time hours as needed.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
