Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate and maintain power tools and heavy construction equipment under supervision.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with various site tasks.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- No prior experience required; training provided for motivated candidates.
