Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks on residential and commercial sites.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools.
- Dig, level, and prepare sites for foundations and structures.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and read simple blueprints or diagrams.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (walking, lifting, standing).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.
