Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging ditches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn and work hard; no prior experience required.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow safety instructions.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance is mandatory.
- Tools: Own transportation to get to the job site is required.
