Responsibilities

- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under the supervision of a foreman.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform manual labor duties such as carrying heavy items, cleaning surfaces, and preparing construction areas.
- Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards strictly.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Adhere to project schedules and work diligently to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
