Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and electrical work.
- Load, unload, and stack building materials at the job site safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Transport tools and materials to and from work areas as directed by supervisors.
- Perform digging, leveling, and other manual labor tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
