As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as digging, hauling, and cleaning.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Prepare construction sites by removing debris, dirt, or other obstacles.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
