Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site instructions.
- Transport materials to and from job locations.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and work hard in a physical environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of safety standards is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Raleigh job sites.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
