Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and waste.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the guidance of supervisors.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn: No prior construction experience is necessary; we train our own.
- Physical fitness: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the USA.
- Team player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
