Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and general construction tasks under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Load, unload, and accurately measure construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery (power drills, saws, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine cleanup of the job site to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- No prior construction experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
