Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including excavation, grading, and cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools under the supervision of certified operators.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Help with basic carpentry, drywall hanging, or painting tasks as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and site-specific protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we will teach you the trade.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills are required for measuring and material estimation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
