Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction duties including carpentry, painting, and concrete work.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Operate power tools and hand tools under strict supervision.
- Follow all safety guidelines and site-specific protocols to ensure zero accidents.
- Transport materials to and from work areas using carts or dollies.
- Support the foreman with daily tasks and reporting.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to learn: No experience required; training provided.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple instructions.
- Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record preferred).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
