Job Location: Seattle, WA & California (Various Sites)
Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing, digging, and leveling areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Tool Operation: Assist in the operation of basic construction tools and equipment.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradesmen with various tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and work in various weather conditions.
- Attitude: A strong willingness to learn and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a good work history.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
