Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from job sites.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred for travel between sites).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team spirit.
