Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by cleaning debris and equipment.
- Prepare job sites by digging, leveling, and clearing areas for construction.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Perform basic measurements and cut materials as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a valid driver's license.
