Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties.
- Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., forklifts, skid steers) under supervision after training.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in accordance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and supply trucks.
- Follow all site safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Signal operators of heavy machinery to ensure safe transport of materials.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is preferred.
- Basic understanding of safety standards is a plus but not required.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
