Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and installation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Perform general site preparation, including digging trenches, clearing debris, and leveling ground.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and work shifts.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety instructions without hesitation.
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for qualified applicants.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates.
