Responsibilities
- Perform Manual Labor: Execute digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials as directed by foremen.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and renovations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Material Handling: Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize supply areas.
- Site Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Communication: Relay important information between crew members and site supervisors.
Qualifications
